Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Shares of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) rose sharply in the second session of today’s trading as a response from investors to the film producer’s third quarter 2018 financial performance.
Share FILM rose 9.95% to Rp 1,105 per share. FILM has been transacted 150 times with a volume of 294 thousand shares. The total transaction was IDR 312.44 million.
In the third quarter of 2018, MD Pictures’ sales reached IDR 232.8 billion, this figure rose 67% compared to the same period the previous year.
Operating profit increased 48% to Rp 122.2 billion with a 30% increase in net profit to Rp 96.7 billion.
FILM’s total assets increased to Rp 1.4 trillion. The total liabilities decreased compared to last year to Rp 54.7 billion.
