Pepita adalah penyanyi/penulis lagu pendatang baru asal Indonesia yang resmi bergabung dengan Wonderland Records/Universal Music Indonesia pada Maret 2023. Ingin fokus di dunia tarik suara, Pepita sebelumnya juga menempuh pendidikan di bidang musik, dia adalah seorang soprano terlatih klasik yang suka menyanyi teater musikal.
‘Tides’ merupakan single debut dari Pepita yang menjadi original soundtrack salah satu serial Prime Video berjudul ‘Induk Gajah’ yang diproduksi oleh MD Entertainment. Bekerja sama dengan MD Musik Indonesia, ‘Tides’ adalah lagu balada pop yang ditulis dengan indah oleh Pepita sendiri dan temannya, Jasmine Tjong, dan diproduksi oleh Rendy Pandugo.
‘Tides’ bercerita tentang bertemu dengan orang yang tepat di waktu yang salah, ketika seseorang dan orang yang berharga dalam hidupnya menyadari bahwa hubungan itu tidak berhasil untuk mereka berdua sehingga mereka memutuskan untuk melepaskannya. Namun, di saat yang sama, ada secercah harapan bahwa di masa depan, keadaan yang lebih baik dapat dibuat sehingga mereka dapat bersama lagi.
Lagu ‘Tides’ sudah bisa di dengarkan mulai tanggal 24 Maret 2023. Nantikan juga Official Music Video hanya di YouTube channel Pepita. Serta Official Lyric Video di YouTube channel MD Music.
