Sewu Dino, a highly anticipated Indonesian horror movie, is set to be released during Eid Al-Fitr 2023. The CEO of MD Entertainment, Manoj Punjabi, confirmed the release date, stating that the film has a much different and scarier story than KKN di Desa Penari, which featured Sewu Dino in a post-credit scene. The film is currently in its production stages with 60% of the filming process already completed. The target completion date for filming is January 2023. Sewu Dino is based on a thread by @SimpleMan on Twitter, who also wrote the script for KKN di Desa Penari. The movie stars Mikha Tambayong, Karina Suwandi, Giselma Firmansyah, Rio Dewanto, Marthino Lio, Givina, Agla Artalidia, Pritt Timothy, and Maryam Supraba. The film is directed by Kimo Stamboel, and produced by MD Entertainment.
