Horror film Sewu Dino, produced by MD Pictures, is set to premiere on April 19, 2023. A few days before the premiere, the film went through editing, particularly in the music and sound department. CEO of MD Entertainment, Manoj Punjabi, stated that the editing was done to add tension to the film. The film is expected to have the same potential as KKN di Desa Penari, which has become the highest-grossing film in Indonesia’s history. Sewu Dino is based on a Twitter thread by @SimpleMan, who also wrote KKN di Desa Penari. The film stars Mikha Tambayong, Karina Suwandi, Giselma Firmansyah, Rio Dewanto, Marthino Lio, Givina, Agla Artalidia, Pritt Timothy, and Maryam Supraba.
